Enamel turning white paint yellow?

I'm painting my walls white but when I add the enamel the wall turns yellow. Any tips or suggested products to stop this happening would be very useful. Thank youEnamel turning white paint yellow?
If you are using an oil or alkyd base enamel (white) it will turn yellowish after a period of time. There is no need to use that on walls. Latex wall paint is what is used. If you use a good brand like Benjamin Moore ($30 + per gallon) it will last forever. I did the interior of my house with it 15 years ago and it still looks brand new. Good luck.Enamel turning white paint yellow?
