you can spray enamel over almost anything but don't try to spray acrylics or urethane's over enamel because it will crack or deform.Can you spray enamel paint over acrylic primer?
No Enamel will not breathe which will cause the acrylic to lift.
acrylic primer is water based ..it will need to be very dry ..i would not use it on any boat ...it peels too easily
must be very dry
