Microwave paint/enamel rust? Fix it?

I just got a second-hand microwave from a family member and the enamel on the bottom is a little... kind of a lot... rusted through. The microwave works, but I'm afraid that the rust will throw sparks.

there is speacial paint for microwave cavities. You need to take your model number to an appliance repair company, They can assist you to purchase the right paint.
I agree with Rich, but you know microwaves are cheap to replace
