Can enamel paint that is used for radiators be used to paint bathroom sinks?

It might work, but you'd never be able to apply the paint in the silky smooth finish you'd want in a sink. (A less than perfect finish is forgivable on a radiator, but people expect a glass-like finish on a sink.)

Easier to just replace the sink. New sinks aren't that expensive at Home Depot or Lowes. Can enamel paint that is used for radiators be used to paint bathroom sinks?
That is a different kind of paint for the radiator. Bathroom sinks use a special two-part epoxy paint. Unless you have a license to purchase this paint, you cannot get it. The paint is extremely toxic to the environment and requires really good ventilation. The fumes emitted from this paint can kill you if you breath it in long enough. There are some paints in the stores that can be used, but they don't last long in the bath room environment. Can enamel paint that is used for radiators be used to paint bathroom sinks?
Not really, it won't hold up.

There are special epoxy paints made for sinks, but they're a little difficult and complicated to use. You can ask about them at your local building supply/hardware or paint supply stores.
Refurbishing an enamel ceramic sink is not the same as repaint an enamelled cast iron bath I don't think -- but these might help

Yes,

But you are wasting your time.

You should buy a paint that is specific for the task in mind, these are widely available from paint/diy shops.
no it cant . it has to be the proper stuff . you would need the proper primer as well
Yes I think so, but they make a special paint for that and it is not realy expensive. You can get it at Lowes
