Has anyone ever painted laminated cabinets with a prouduct called Diamondhard Acrylic Enamel Paint?

I want to change the color of a white laminate cabinet to black or silver. This product claims best results with no prep, no sanding and no primer. The paint company is Yenkin-Majestic out of Ohio. The cabinet is from IKEA . Any suggestions?Has anyone ever painted laminated cabinets with a prouduct called Diamondhard Acrylic Enamel Paint?
Don't know your product first hand, but I wouldn't worry about blackpanther too much, he's had his tied up in a ball for years.

What you need to do, no matter the product for the finish coat, is lightly sand the surface as was suggested to help adhesion, but after sanding, you must prime the doors and cabinets with a fast dry oil primer such as Kilz first if you want it to last. Problem with washing laminate is it will separate and then the cabinets are no good. I suggest the sand/prime technique over the wash.Has anyone ever painted laminated cabinets with a prouduct called Diamondhard Acrylic Enamel Paint?
Havnt used that product but have painted laminate cabinets. Make sure theres not grease or oil on the cabinet by washing then with paint thinner or TSP. Sand lightly to give the paint something to adhear to and paint away. Your paint sounds great but i would at least wash the cabinets the day before you paint then
haven't tried it sorry..well hope you find your answer
