How do you remove enamel paint from granite?

If it's rough rock, and there are just a few drips which dried on the rock, the fastest way is to take the pointed end of a five-in-one tool and chip it off. It takes about ten seconds to clean off a drip. Just swing it like a hammer and try to hit the drip right in the middle.

If it's a granite counter top, a razor blade used judiciously, will make short work of a few spatters. How do you remove enamel paint from granite?
It could be a long process but try using a thin paint remover. If that doesn't work then you will have to go to finger nail polish remover or acetone. That should do the trick. If it's been on there a long time call you local paint store and they should be able to find out for you.How do you remove enamel paint from granite?
If it's rough granite and the paint thinner doesn't work, I'd try sand blasting. It should get the paint off every crevice. I suspect the thinner will work best on smooth stone.
There is a product called Goo Gone in most drug %26amp; hardware stores. I would try that w/ a straight edge razor blade. follow inst. on the bottle. It should work. Good Luck
I would think any paint remover or mineral spirits would work. Don't use anything abrasive.
