Wow! You've tried just about everything! The problem is, once paint or glue has dried, it's just about impossible to remove. You may have some luck with a graffitti remover - there are many of them on the market for different paints. Just go to your local hardware store and ask them which type would be best for your application. And although there are many different brands, they all work equally well.
I've used several different types and have found these to be effective in removing permanent marker, paint and other tough stains. You just need to make sure you buy one that specifies that it removes acrylic paints, which is what is probably on your shirt. Good luck!
